In India, there is a shortage of researchers trained in the numerical and computational aspects of non-linear differential
equations.
In order to alleviate this shortage and to provide a fillip to cutting-edge research in numerical solutions of non-linear
differential equations, the Department of Mathematics, Amrita School of Engineering, Bengaluru, is organizing a special workshop
completely to give an insight to understand the numerical solutions of differential equations arising in Fluid Mechanics,
Convection Heat and Mass Transfer, Biomechanics, Elasticity etc.
