3. Using LASI, draw the layout of a simple CMOS amplifier
4. Familiarisation with SPICE CMOS Model parameters
5. Using SPICE simulate MOS Inverter with different loads (Specify Cox, U, VTO, W, L etc. of any standard
MOS).
6. Using SPICE, simulate a CMOS inverter.
