Japanese Government Scholorship

• The Japanese Govt. Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science and technology is offering scholorships to international students who wish to pursue their studies in Japan.There are three types of scholorships on offer, spanning different duration.Scholorships to professional training colleges would be a three year programme, those to the college of technology would entail a four year programme and under graduate programme would take five years and would be suitable for those pursuing courses in humanities,social sciences and natural sciences.
• Candidates will be selected based on a written examination and interview will be informed of the outcome of february 2010. Application forms, which should be submitted along with requisite documents by July 3,2009, can be obtained from the counselete-General of Japan (culture& information), 12/1, Cenotaph Road, Chennai 600018.
