Counselling for admission to MCA and MBA degree courses for 2009-2010 in government aided and self financing engineering and arts and science colleges, including standalone institutions under the purview of Directorate of Technical Education, will be held at the Government college of Technology, Coimbatore, from July 19 the August 17.
A press release issued by the Department of Technical Education stated that conselling for MCA stream would be held from July 19 the July 29 and for MBA stream from July 30 to August 17 as per the marks obtained by the candidates in TANCET 2009 examination.
Counselling for physically challenged candidates for the MCA stream would be held on July 19 and in the MBA stream on July 30. Individual communication is being sent.
Candidates who have applied for admission and secured the marks specified, can appear for counseling along with original certificates, even if they do not received the communication, the release said
