CII MEMBERS TO JOIN TECH EDU COUNCIL,HELP CREATE EMPLOYABLE GRADUATES

• To give a fillip to engineering education in the State, the Government has decided to induct some members of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) into the proposed Tamil Nadu Technical Education Council.

• Announcing this on the eve of Periyar Maniammai University (deemed university) launching a unique B.Sc., Digital Publishing course in collaboration with the CII-Tamil Nadu, here on Friday.

• higher education minister said there was a need for cooperation between universities and the industry to produce employable graduates.
